‘Unconditional love is the ultimate pursuit.’
This is not just a phrase, it’s a lifetime experience that leads me to be happy and radiate joy around me again. This phrase holds many discoveries, among which is that to really love and respect others; you should offer unconditional love to yourself first. I wanted to share this finding and other finding with my fellow humans, so maybe they can also find their true self and their individuation.
Originally, I am a Biomedical Engineer worked in the field for three years and shifted my career to HR till date too. I always comment that working with humans and relations is more intriguing than engineering!!
I started my HR career as a HR specialist in the American University in Cairo, progressed to reach a managerial level in HR there, and finished my master’s degree in public administration.
Later I joined the Central Bank of Egypt as Learning and Development Manager, followed by a move to UAE where I became HR Director for one of the biggest universities in the Arabian Gulf with its 6000 students; Ajman University for Science and Technology, in 2012 I returned to Egypt with my family and decided to shift again!!!
This time to be a freelance HR Consultant, assessor, and trainer, working for governmental, multinational and local firms in many industries such as banking, pharmaceuticals, FMCG’s, telecommunication and NGO’s and many more.
My moto in life has been to ‘add value’ to all my encounters, and especially after Egypt’s 2012 revolution I wanted to really cultivate my ‘adding value’ endeavors to a direct human approach, as well as on the corporate level, so I decided to study life coaching and finished my diploma in March 2015 with an accredited course by the ICF from the Spanish university of (Universidad Francisco de Vitoria ) and this took place having (Be Yourself) program and later with being a trainer in it school, where I could really touch my inner self, and could gain and try to have self-awareness. Both programs were a gift from God to me, both came in the right time, and both helped me in truly reaching to myself. In 2018 I became a certified Enneagram coach, to help assessing persons according to their personality type, and nowadays I am studying “ Family and Business Constellation dynamics” to help reach better self-awareness.
